1. Pour the 2 cups of glutinous rice flour into a large bowl. Step by step add water to the flour while kneading the flour into a dough form. The texture of the dough has to be smooth and a little sticky.

2. Take a small section of dough, put on your palm and roll into bite-sized ball. Repeat until the dough is finished.

3. Boil a half pot of water over high heat.

4. Place ginger slices into the boiling water.

5. Add the balls to the boiling water. Once the balls are slowly rising up to the top of the water add sugar/honey and stir.

6. Once all the balls are rise up and honey and sugar are melted, you are ready to serve.
